“If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff are very unprofessional. During my time around the facility, I witnessed and heard staff speaking to residents in disrespectful and inappropriate ways, including yelling and using offensive language. There are also serious concerns about the level of care. Some residents appeared to be left unattended for long periods without proper hygiene or timely assistance. The building itself has major issues. There are leaks throughout the facility that don’t seem to be properly fixed. They just kinda cover it up for the mean time, like a band-Aid fix. I also noticed pest problems—roaches and rodents—which is completely unacceptable in a place meant to care for people. Another issue is personal belongings going missing. My loved one’s clothes and shoes were repeatedly lost despite being labeled, and staff responses were not helpful. I also became aware of a very serious incident where a staff member was reportedly caught engaging in inappropriate conduct with a resident. Instead of immediate termination, it appeared they were moved to another area, which raised major safety concerns for me.There were also concerns about residents with violent or disruptive behavior being allowed to remain in the facility, creating safety risks for both staff and residents, like where is the security? Management does not seem to prioritize safety. There are ongoing concerns about how situations are handled, and it feels like the focus is more on keeping beds filled than addressing serious problems. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you care about your loved one’s safety and well-being.

The Day Shift.Nurses who Tended to Me were Amazing …At night they were Scarce…. The Food Isnt FIT. For A Dog!!! and I Took pictures of their So Called Meals. Most Definitely Should Be Reported to the County…. The Cleanness overall Was Mediocre …The physical therapists were Very good ….

First let me say I am POA of my papa, I called mg papa and he said they were starving him. I didn’t speak to my papa until two days later his cell phone was going straight to voicemail. I was finally able to talk to him and he said he told me he didn’t say that and to stop calling up here and starting trouble. Because I was calling and they never let me talk to my papa I complained to them about not feeding him. He said they starving me come get me, two days later everything changed he said I was lying. Stop causing trouble. I never heard my papa talk like that. They aren’t allowed phones in the room when I asked to speak with him. I told them his cell phone is keep going to voicemail they didn’t even know he had a cell phone. My mom called she wasn’t able to speak to him either. I’ve worked at nursing homes and assisted living. This place doesn’t feel safe, and one of the staff hung up on me. This is just not a good place for our relatives at all. I know I’ve worked with people like this. I’m trying to get my papa out but they won’t let me
