My dad is at Post Acute in Concord and I have had such a fabulous experience with the facility director Hector, I just have to express my appreciation and gratitude. Hector listens to all my thoughts and concerns whether its something important or even a small detail about a remote control not working. Hector, the facility director cares. Hector cares that everything is listened to and taken care of. Hector even comes in and personally interacts with my dad to make sure he is happy. It is so wonderful to see with my own eyes and know, the care that goes into every detail of dads care. I am so grateful. My dad just loves the staff. I am sorry I forget his nurses name. She is great, my dad always says she is so wonderful. Also, there are two nurse assistants, Lance and Alex that are so attentive to everything my dad needs and wants. I can see their genuine care for dad and dad feels it, dad thinks the world of Lance and Alex. Thank God that their is wonderful staff caring for dad. Thank you to all dads direct staff that i couldn’t name, I know dad thinks the world of them. Thank you Hector for your fabulous leadership skills in caring for my dad.
